The program is designed to safely enhance health for adults that enjoy walking and social comaraderie. The program is held MON/WED/FRI from 6:00 pm - 7:00 pm at Freed Community Center, 6818 Shadyvilla Ln, Houston, TX 77055. Center is closed on all national holidays.
