Traditional Hot Yoga (Bikram) is an athletic and therapeutic series known as “The Original Hot Yoga”. You will swiftly build strength and flexibility while toning, detoxifying and energizing. Working through injury and still want an incredible, feel-good workout? This class is for you! This practice is low impact and slow paced. Recommended for beginners and experienced practitioners alike. Class is heated to 105F so come hydrated.
