In Cardio Splash you will move to the music, get your heart rate up and gain flexibility without noticing how hard you are really working. You can determine your intensity by the equipment you choose to work with and how fast you are able to move. Push, pull and press against the resistance of the water, through a mix of cardio and water Pilates. Advance your level of fitness as your body allows. Cardio and toning are a great way to start or end the day for every BODY. Moderate-High Intensity
