Flow Into Rest is a gentle practice that begins with slow, mindful movement to release tension and reconnect with the body, then gradually transitions into deeply supported restorative postures. This class is designed to calm the nervous system, improve mobility, and create space for true rest. Appropriate for all levels, including those recovering from stress, fatigue, or physical activity. Props are provided in-studio. If practicing from home, please have a large bolster or firm pillow, 2 yoga blocks and a blanket available for use.
