Group Pilates Reformer (+weights)

Reformer (+weights) takes the traditional movements of Pilates Reformer up a notch by adding a deeper strength element. Light to medium dumbbells/weighted accessories are used during choreography to increase the level of difficulty and skill required to perform class repertoire. This format is intended for individuals with intermediate to advanced Reformer experience. All participants should be comfortable loading their own springs and feel confident kneeling/standing on the equipment. *Prerequisite: Confirmed previous Reformer experience or complete our Intro to Pilates Reformer Series (2-sessions scheduled privately, email susie@studioscincinnati.com for more information)
