Join us for 60 minutes of Vinyasa flow. This powerful class consists of traditional Ashtanga postures partnered with breath. Unlike Traditional Hot Yoga or Ashtanga, this class is not a set series and can vary based on the teacher and the focus for that day. Come prepared to build your strength and flexibility - physically AND mentally. Appropriate for all levels. 90-95 degrees.
