Vinyasa Flow - Heated
Vinyasa Flow is a moving meditation designed to give you a full body workout aimed to reduce your body’s aches and pains and your mind’s stress. This is a vigorous fast-paced class. You will be encouraged to use your breath to determine how deep you go in the poses. Each sequence offers you options to modify or amplify the poses allowing you to tailor the class to fit your needs. Suitable for those looking for an active, athletic practice. Not recommended for beginners unless they are up for a physically challenging class.
