Pre-pointe series

Prepointe classes will include exercises to improve strength, flexibility, placement and technique for students interested in pursuing pointe work. The class will consist of barre work focusing on foot, ankle and leg strength as well as exercises to improve all over body coordination, turnout, and control. Dancers will progress at their own pace and will be assessed as to their readiness for pointe work during the series.
