This 60-minute class will move you through classical Pilates mat exercises with a contemporary approach. Our focus will be to build strength through incorporating the use of breath, imagery, props, and anatomical detail. Through this approach, the body becomes more aligned and balanced, resulting in easy and efficient movement and a sense of well-being.
