BOULDER CARDIO+STRENGTH

CARDIO+STRENGTH classes are a mixture of low impact cardio and strength training. Classes are joint friendly but still intense and challenging. You will work at your own pace and our expert staff will help you feel confident in your movements. Class sizes are limited to 18-20 to ensure a safe environment where clients can get help with form or modifications as needed. All CARDIO+STRENGTH classes are full body workouts and the workout is different every day!
