Beginner's Meridian Resistance Exercise Class

A one-hour online class during which we will go through all 16 beginner meridian resistance exercises. Each exercise activates the muscles along a specific meridian line to support strength, flexibility, and balance throughout the body. The exercises in the beginning class are suitable for any experience level. Your teacher will include modifications for every body. Props may be used for some poses, but they aren't required. Come and practice as we release tension from our head to our toes. Please note: This class is LIVESTREAM only. No in-person classes currently available.
