At Biltmore Hot Yoga we offer a set sequence class where the energy of vinyasa flow meets the structure of Bikram-inspired standing postures. Our class is designed to build strength, improve flexibility, and deepen focus. We heat the room between 100-105 degrees and add about 70-75% humidity. You will be sure to sweat out toxins while moving through our flows and grounding holds. Each teacher creates a carefully curated playlist to keep the energy high and help you stay present and inspired as you move through the class.
