Then you’ll learn an all-levels, low-impact routine of dance choreography. All classes aim to provide high cardio and feature original, fierce choreography influenced by your favorite music videos and pop songs. Before we finish off with a sexy cool down, you’ll have the chance to cheer on your fellow dancers and capture video of the routine on your phone. Participation in the video is totally optional!
