Level 3 Pilates
An Intermediate to Advanced, small group Pilates Apparatus Class. This high-level class uses traditional Pilates apparatus; reformer, chair, tower, jump board, long/short box, along with other small props. Recommended for those that are looking for a full body workout, challenging progressions with high intensity at a swift pace. This is a 50-minute class. Prerequisite: Level 2 or Intermediate Pilates class level experience. Awareness of exercise progressions and a strong understanding of coordination of movement. Proficiency and control executing exercises on the Reformer, Tower and Chair are necessary.
