This class requires the use of hand weights. You may bring your own equipment or use our studio's equipment. Get lost in the music as you move to the hottest tracks out in the clubs and on the radio. The music selection for this class is current, high-energy, and young. Our Hip Hop Cardio class combines dance moves and toning exercises in to an energetic and fun class for all to enjoy! This class is for anyone that wants to have a good time while working out and feel young doing it - expect a mix of dance steps, squats, arm toning, and endurance training. (expect 4000-5000 steps)
