Namaste Yoga with CIRCL Mobility

This is a dynamic flow, hatha vinyasa yoga for beginners or more experienced participants. You will be guided on breath, have ample opportunity to practice each pose more to feel confident in your workout. Class ends with a guided shavasana. The warm up consists of our functional mobility movement (CIRCL) series to prepare our muscles & joints for the work out. We offer discounts to; seniors (60+), veterans/active military, first responders/healthcare workers, educators, and PVM Gym members.
