Pilates Reformer | Level 2

Lengthen, strengthen, and align. Our Reformer classes use spring-based resistance to sculpt long, lean muscles, improve posture, and enhance flexibility. Expect a full-body workout that creates alignment in mind, body, and soul. Level 2 is Intermediate-Advanced, fast-paced, and fiery. Minimal breaks and maximum focus. Move through challenging sequences designed to build strength, control, and endurance. A minimum of 10 Level 1.5 classes or instructor pre-approval is required.
