This class is designed to build Core Strength (shoulders, abdominals, obliques, lower back, hips, inner thighs, & glutes) in a circuit style class. 45 seconds of work with short recovery time in between sets. 3 rounds of the same 8 moves led by the instructor. This class uses repetition to create muscle growth and confidence. Core moves will be both standing as well as on the floor.
