This exercise class provides an opportunity for class members with prior Tai Chi experience to participate in group practice. Class begins with a brief warm-up exercise followed by different Tai Chi forms-8,16,24,48,42 as well as Tai Chi fan and sword routines. Please note this is not an instructional class.
