Founded by Ceara Chambers, FOUR Pilates offers Mat and Reformer training programs through private, group, and virtual sessions, with plans to expand into a dedicated studio space in the future. FOUR Pilates stands out by prioritizing diversity, equity, and inclusion, ensuring that all individuals—regardless of body size, background, or fitness level—feel welcome and supported. The business provides larger equipment for individuals over 280 lbs and 6’4” and offers affordable pricing options ranging from $15 to $120, with membership plans that include 5 to 10 classes per month. Beyond fitness, FOUR Pilates is committed to community engagement and education, organizing pop-up events, Pilates in the Park, and wellness workshops to raise awareness of the mental and physical benefits of Pilates. The business has also received support from the ByBlack Foundation, a program by the U.S. Black Chambers that empowers Black entrepreneurs.
