An exercise that uses water resistance to strengthen and tone the entire body but focusing on the legs, back and abdominal muscles. Stretching and muscular control will be developed using Water Tai Chi, Yoga and Pilates. No swimming ability necessary for this can be done in deep or shallow water class. Instructor Amanda Porter
