This effective 45-minute strength intervals class is designed for individuals wanting to move at an intentional pace with extra time to focus on form, breathing and often heavier lifts. After a solid warm-up, we'll slowly break down our movement patterns, choose non-impact exercises and provide ample rest intervals. There will still be adequate time/progression options to challenge your body but with fewer sets/movements than our traditional Strength60 class. To round out our time together we'll close each class with mobility exercises. This format is a great option for those new to strength training, coming back after time off or wanting a training day with less intense programming.
