Friday PBP Equipment w/ Props

Classes incorporate Reformer, Tower, and Chair. Classes are never the same, but always include Pilates fundamentals integrated with contemporary exercises. The first thirty (30) minutes of class is focused on Pilates flow, form, and endurance for all levels. The last twenty (20) minutes are focused on equipment assisted stretching.
