Five Pillars Gentle Vinyasa

This class uses slower sequencing and longer-held postures to facilitate fluidity and deeper stretch. Ideal for all levels, Slow Flow allows participants to connect with elongated breath cycles and explore depth of alignment in poses, for a movement practice that promotes introspection and groundedness. Five Pillars classes are always All Levels Welcome, modifications for challenge/ease offered.
