Pain Talks
Fri Apr 24 | 1:30 PM UTC | 1 hr | Up to 20 attendees
Pain Talks focuses on neuroplastic pain, what that means, and how prevalent it actually is in the world. We've all experienced it, we just don't know it. From pain increasing when we think about it, to a queasy stomach when we're nervous or a headache when we're stressed, and injuries that get worse, instead of better, when we're doing everything "we're supposed to". Sessions will be 30 to 45 minutes and will cover topics like the brains role in pain, how to know if your pain is neuroplastic, and how our fear and worry increase our experience of pain. Each session will be different, but the lense in which we discuss will be one of looking outside of the body for the reason we're pain. This is a live stream class.
