Join Dawn the month of March for a special edition of her weekly Yin class with the addition of a meditation opener. After her 10 minute guided meditation, enjoy 50 minutes of deep stretching with a guided yin sequence. Yin yoga works the body’s connective tissue. Different from Vinyasa yoga, yin is a slower paced class, incorporating long passive held poses. The magic of Yin is in the benefits of joint health, flexibility, circulation + mental clarity.
