Class designed for people that have never worked out before and seniors over 65 years old. We will work all lower body muscles groups to improve walking, sitting in a chair, balance, and flexibility. This will improve your quality of life by making it easier to move, balance, and reduce risk of falls. As long as you have the will we have the way to modify all exercises so that you can get stronger without getting injured.
