Intermediate class for students with at least 4 years of ballet training. Two classes per week required; three classes recommended. All classical ballet stresses placement, theory, terminology and technique (eclectic - primarily Russian). Appropriate dance apparel is required in all ballet and pointe classes. Youth/teens were black camisole leotard, ballet pink tights, pink leather ballet slippers (split sole for age 7), and hair in a bun. Adult women wear black leotard, ballet pink tights, pink leather ballet slippers, and hair off neck and fastened close-head.
