LISS (Low-Intensity-Steady-State) is a method of cardiovascular exercise in which you do aerobic activity at a low to moderate intensity for an extended period of time. The goal is to keep your heartrate between 50-70% of your maximum heart rate while staying in the fat burning zone. Additional InformationExcellent workout for all fitness levels.
