Chair and Tower Pilates Class Description Class Name: Chair and Tower Pilates Class Description: Take your Pilates practice to the next level! In this class participants will build off of their experience with the Pilates reformer and focus on the chair and the tower. Exercises with the tower will emphasize strength-building and deep stretches that help lengthen the spine and open the hips. Chair exercises will develop postural muscles and deepen body awareness. This course is not intended for beginners. Class Prerequisites: Intermediate to advanced Pilates experience What to Bring: • Water • Towel • Athletic attire • Pilates mat (optional)
