
Flow to Calm (Donation class) - 1
*Open to anyone! Flow to Calm yoga class welcomes everyone to come flow and surrender to care of self by allowing space to stretch and soften. This class emerged from the vibrant community of Rhythm and Flow yoga classes that were brought to life by De’shon McClain, Kandi’s friend, mentor, and teacher. You will start with a brief, energetic movement sequence, before centering and going into a vinyasa style flow. We will spend the last 15 minutes with a guided meditation and stillness - courageously allowing ourselves to love more. This is a level 1 offering and suitable for beginners.
