Experienced Reformer
This class is designed for experienced Reformer clients who have mastered essential and intermediate exercises and can seamlessly follow a flowing repertoire without breaks between movements. Participants should be very familiar with Reformer settings, parts, and terminology and be comfortable transitioning through various positions, including sitting, standing, kneeling, neutral spine, imprint, and Pilates C-curve. We recommend completing at least 10 Open Level Classes before joining the Experienced Reformer class.
