We are a Pilates studio for everyone with no limits to age, size, your fitness level and goals. We are fully equipped studio with brand new Balance Body equipment. We offer Group Reformer classes for Senior citizens, special populations, athletes and anyone who wants to improve their core, tone, stamina, flexibility and balance. We offer private Pilates, one on one personalized training sessions catered to your individual needs with a Certified Pilates Instructor utilizing Reformer, Tower, Chair and barrels. We offer Partner Pilates/ Reformer. A private training session for you and your partner with a Certified Pilates Instructor. Our teachers are trained and experienced in rehabilitation programs for injuries, chronic pain, back and neck pain, sports and other performance related injuries and neurological conditions . We strongly recommend at least two private introductory sessions ( at discounted rates) prior joining group classes, so we can evaluate and accommodate for what your body needs .
