18+ yrs | Up to 15 attendees

Strength Training focuses on improving muscle mass, bone density, and flexibility. Body weight and weighted exercises are used. Must be able to get up and down from the floor. Dumbbells provided, but you may bring your own. 2025 Senior Membership is not required for this activity. No class 7/2.
