Full Body Burn

This is our signature 45 minute challenging workout. An extreme toning, fat-burning, full-body workout incorporating Pilates movements with cardio and strength training exercises on our Carrie’s Transformer machine. This class emphasizes fast transitions (10 seconds or less) You’ll experience muscle exhaustion and cardio elements that are designed to strengthen, lengthen, tone and reshape your body. And the best part? You get all the benefits of an intense workout with minimal impact on your joints! If you're a new client, please make sure you arrive at least 5 minutes early to secure your spot and allow us to give you a proper introduction to the machine and workout. Grip socks are always required and are sold in the studio if you need a pair!
