Classes incorporate Reformer, Tower, Chair and more. Classes are never the same, but always include Pilates fundamentals integrated with contemporary exercises. Our instructors focus on flow, form, and endurance. Group Pilates classes are challenging for all skill levels and provide a whole-body workout.
