Class is set up for 40 seconds of work and 20 seconds of rest for each exercise. You will move through different stations and YOU decide the pace and the weight you want to use. You will incorporate weights to increase your strength and body weight moves to get your heart rate up! This class is for all levels and can be adjusted to push you or accommodate any injury or modification.
