The studio is heated to 95°F with high humidity, creating a steamy, sauna-like atmosphere that helps warm the body, release muscular tension, and support deep, detoxifying movement. This invigorating Vinyasa flow links breath to movement through creative sequences designed to build strength, flexibility, balance, and mental clarity. Expect powerful transitions, optional arm balances and inversions, and a grounding savasana to seal the practice. Challenging yet accessible, this class is perfect for all levels.
