The class will begin with a grounding meditation to help you center yourself and connect deeply with your breath. This will set the tone for thoughtful journaling, allowing you to deepen your self-awareness and unlock new insights. Whether you're seeking relaxation, clarity, inspiration, or a moment of peace, this class offers a supportive, serene environment to nourish your spirit and cultivate mindful presence. Journaling is a mirror to the heart. In this class, we’ll explore and uncover any inner beliefs that may be blocking us from developing a practice. You’ll also learn a variety of journaling tools and techniques. Whether you’re an experienced journaler or this is your first time, this class is for everyone, offering a supportive space to begin or deepen your practice. Bring your yoga mat and/or blanket, journal, a pen, and an open heart as we journey inward together on this soul-nourishing experience.
