Join Jamie for a special series the month of March focusing on the benefits of breath and power vinyasa yoga. Jamie will start each week with a new breathing technique to build internal heat, preparing you for a dynamic yoga flow. Vinyasa a power focuses on faster paced sequences. Flows emphasizes the connection to the body through more intense breath and movement. Poses will be more challenging with quicker movement and longer holds. Building strength in the mind and body. Power classes are recommended for students with class experience.
