In this class, you will begin in stillness Yin yoga, a style of yoga that includes long holds in poses that encourage your muscles to lengthen and soften and your mind to become relaxed and still. Then, you'll transition into a more vigorous Vinyasa practice- moving breath to movement through a series of postures designed to promote connection between your breath, your mind, and your body. It's the best of both worlds! Class is appropriate for all skill levels.
