Ages 4+ Conscious Warrior, a form of Karate, is the best way to build greater focus, increase self-esteem, socialization skills and so much more! This class will focus on participants learning how to defend themselves using drills and skills. This program can teach beginners to advanced students all they need to know to defend! Students are eligible to be invited to test after 16 classes. Beginner students have the chance to earn their white belt after 6 classes.
