Hot Spot Power Yoga has built a loving community with an emphasis on growth and leadership. The space is about discovering true strength, on the inside and out. Their class offerings are mostly focused on physical strengthening, burning calories and quieting the mind. While the Baptiste Power Yoga, and Yoga HITT classes are perfect for the athletic type that wants a sweat drenched work out, the Detox Flow and Restore & Renew classes offer a more relaxed balance focused on opening deep muscle tension and total body relaxation.

Offering Baptiste style Power Yoga classes, YOD classes, Restorative classes, and yoga for Multiple Sclerosis (MS). Our Power yoga and YOD classes are offered in a 90 Deg. heated room. All other classes are offered in a 72 Deg. room. We offer 200 hour RYT teacher training, 21 Day Cleanse Program, Introductory to Baptiste Power Yoga Series, 40 Days to Personal Revolution, and several other transformational programs.
