GHYC & TYC Junior Sail
GHYC Junior Sail is a non-profit organization created to promote youth sailing through award winning summer camp for kids and teens. Our goal is to provide access to sailing to girls and boys, ages 6 to18 with no sailing experience up to racing level sailors. We build self-esteem, teamwork and a respect for the environment. We run programs in instruction, competitive racing, and community outreach.
Tacoma Yacht Club Junior Sail Camp is dedicated to providing personalized hands-on education to all children regardless of experience. We teach sailing in an exciting, safe, and supportive learning environment. We use sailing to encourage each child to attain their own level of comfort on the water, and to instill cooperative values with others.
