Our skilled instructors, many with clinical backgrounds, have specific training and certifications to create practices appropriate for those experiencing a variety of physical and mental issues, adapting the practice to your specific needs. Our studio is ADA compliant, AED equipped, wheelchair and mobility device friendly, and LGBTQ+ welcoming.
