Newell Strength is one of the original personal training facilities of its kind in the central NJ area. Newell Strength was designed within the scope of helping people change their lives through a proper strength and muscle-building program along with customized nutrition and supplementation plans. Our members train in small groups, never more than 6 clients to one coach. This creates an unbelievable training environment in which the members feed off of each other’s energy. We provide unlimited coaching and constantly evolving fat loss and muscle building programs to each and every member. Newell Strength was founded on the premise that strength and fitness should be cutting edge, effective and engaging.
