F3 - the three F's stand for Fitness, Fellowship and Faith. We're not a religious organization, though some people think because of the enthusiam of our members, that we are a cult. We take that as a compliment. 

F3 is a FREE, peer-led, Men-Only workout group. We hold bootcamp-style workouts outdoors,  early in the morning, rain or shine, heat or cold. We welcome men of all backgrounds and fitness levels to join us. We promise to leave no man behind, but also to not leave them where we found them. If you're a female and this sounds interesting to you, we encourage you to look into our sister group, FiA (Females In Action). 

At F3, we encourage our members to grow in strength physically, mentally, and spiritually, so they can become more effective servant leaders within their communities.
