Punch House is considered the best Boxing Bootcamp in NYC by the Financial Times. The idea was not to make it the hardest, but for every level of athlete to be challenged, which is why it continues to take leaps and bounds as fitness evolves. Punch House is not about perfecting the craft but enhancing your physical and mental state of mind and body, which is interchangeable.

Punch House’s workout is 6 or 9 rounds. The 50-minute workout is evenly divided between three core areas of training: Agility, Strength, and Action, finishing off with meditation. Each week an entirely new workout, the goal is to elevate yourself through the regressions to progressions as the week continues. 

We don’t pretend to be boxers. We are strengthen and conditioning coaches. Using boxing to help hand-eye coordination, Punch House’s workout is designed for agility, functional strength training, and conditioning. We will fix your form if it shit, however.

Agility
Our agility section enhances and develops your body to change positions more efficiently and effectively, and involves the integration of isolated movement skills using a combination of balance, coordination, speed, reflexes, strength, and endurance. 

Strength
The strength section is focused less on throwing around heavy weights, and more on the functionality of general athletic movements, building a strong foundation of movement towards power. Our coaches’ focus on our athletes to properly demonstrate exercises and modify programming in real-time is what sets apart great coaches in the field. 

Action
Action is implementing movement for the athlete. We use moderately weighted leather sand and cloth-filled bags using different plane movements of the body to understand footwork, hip movement, and hand-eye coordination. Speed, power, and technique will naturally follow for your well-balanaced workout.
