JP Centre Yoga is an independent and locally owned community centered yoga studio in the heart of Jamaica Plain offering a variety of classes and workshops to and for every body, taking care to guide students through their practice and offer variations along the way. The schedule offers classes from 7 AM to 7 PM, both in-studio and livestreamed, ranging from more dynamic to fully restorative and meditative styles of yoga.
