Katie is an avid yogi and writer who loves weaving stories and yoga philosophy into her classes. She received her 200 he RYT in Moyobamba, Peru—where she connected to the deep philosophical and spiritual practice behind yoga. She endeavors to bring that same appreciation for philosophy and spiritualism into each of her classes, so her students leave class feeling physically, mentally, and spiritually refreshed. Working to deepen her own practice, she loves to include workshops for more intricate poses into her classes. Providing an inclusive environment is of the utmost importance and she hopes to make her classes accessible for everybody. So whether you’re brand new to yoga or a seasoned yogi, you’ll find something of value in each class
